Alexandra's - Apricot and Currant Moroccan Couscous

Mediterranean dried fruits, Israeli couscous and Alexandra’s Moroccan spices make an exciting gourmet meal on its own or with chicken, meat or fish. 

Just add to a pot of water, simmer, rest, and serve. Ready in 15 minutes. Serves 4.
