The Iliada EVOO Kalamata PDO Platinum Line is first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil with a naturally low acidity of less than 0.4%. As indicated by the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) mark, this EVOO is strictly produced and processed in the geographical region of Kalamata, Greece, using 100% Koroneiki olives. Rich, full bodied and well-balanced, it has a medium fruitiness and light bitterness with a slight peppery aftertaste. Ideal for salad dressing, grilled fish, white meat, raw sauces, pasta and vegetables. The tin protects oil from sunlight and UV radiation and enables precise pouring. The Iliada EVOO Kalamata PDO has won multiple awards in international competitions.
