Love Thy Curry - Goa Fish

The Goa fish curry has a gorgeous colour due to it’s turmeric content.

It’s a lighter style with a fresh sweet but spicy flavour and a coconut milk base.

Use a firm fish, prawns or even substitiute the fish for chicken thigh or go vegetarian.

Its super fast to make and can be on the table in 30mins.

Serve with basmati rice and lemon wedges on the side.
