Tusca - Figgy Pudding Panforte

Inspired by the classic festive dessert, packed with almonds, citrus peel, honey, cranberries, currants, sultanas, cocoa, spices and brandy. Coated on the bottom with traditional wafer paper.

Match with a glass of Champagne or New Zealand Sparkling wine at Christmas or a cold Riesling and an afternoon platter.
