It may be mild in spice, but this classic remains a bold and punchy addition to any dish.

Being a more mature style kimchi, this ferment goes well with any creamy or heavy meals. Consider pairing it with scrambled eggs or stir through a rich winter stew.

Ingredients: Napa Cabbage, Carrot, Ginger, Onion, New Zealand Sea Salt, Gochugaru (chilli pepper powder), Garlic, Pear, Daikon.
